Cookie Dough Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 300g black beans
  • 100g maple syrup
  • 30g coconut oil
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 60g smart whey
  • 13g truvia sweetener
  • 1.5tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 0.5tsp salt
  • 20g milk chocolate chips
  • 15 mini cookies
  • 100g funfetti @gookiedough

Preparation

  1. Combine everything except the cookies and the cookie dough in a food processor until smooth

  2. Pour half into an 8” brownie tin, put the cookie dough throughout, pour the rest of the mix in and Top with mini cookies

  3. Bake at 175C for 20minutes

  4. Leave to cool overnight in the fridge before cutting into 10 bars
