Crunchwrap Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 large cauliflower
- 10 dark cremini mushrooms -1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (save 1 tbsp for greasing the pan)
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
Food Processor. Gradually add everything to a food processor. Pulse a little after each big ingredient that you add. Start with the cauliflower because it will be the hardest to process. Pulse until the texture is crumbly
Bake. Add everything to a baking sheet with olive oil. Bake on 300° for 1 hour. Take it out and mix everything once every 15 minutes
