Crunchwrap Supreme Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large cauliflower
  • 10 dark cremini mushrooms -1/2 onion diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (save 1 tbsp for greasing the pan)
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Food Processor. Gradually add everything to a food processor. Pulse a little after each big ingredient that you add. Start with the cauliflower because it will be the hardest to process. Pulse until the texture is crumbly

  2. Bake. Add everything to a baking sheet with olive oil. Bake on 300° for 1 hour. Take it out and mix everything once every 15 minutes
