Homemade Vegan Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 flax egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup self raising flour
- 2 heaped tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp @sweetfreedomuk freedom chcocolate syrup (or sub for chocolate spread)
- 50g chocolate, cut into chunks
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Add all the ingredients to a bowl apart from the chocolate and mix together.
Add the chocolate and mix in.
Grab a chunk and roll into a ball. Place on a lined baking tray and squash. Repeat until all the mixture has been used.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
