Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp greek yog
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • juice of 1/3 lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp honey /maple
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 can chickpeas

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas

  2. add all ingredients to a food processor

  3. mix until smooth & creamyy
