Loaded Homemade Tofu Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Tons of chili powder, cayenne, paprika, and cumin
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can black beans (or any beans)
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 can diced chili tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Sauté the ingredients through the spices together until the veggies are soft and the tofu begins browning

  2. Add everything else, and more spices to taste
