Loaded Homemade Tofu Chili
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 block firm tofu
- 3 cloves garlic
- Tons of chili powder, cayenne, paprika, and cumin
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can black beans (or any beans)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 can diced chili tomatoes
Preparation
Sauté the ingredients through the spices together until the veggies are soft and the tofu begins browning
Add everything else, and more spices to taste
