Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • In a blender put 1 Cup of Oats
  • tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • and about 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (or however much you want cos cinnamon is delicious in oatmeal) and then 1 cup of plantbased milk! Blend together then put in pan or pot and stir till desired texture! Then
  • top with your fave toppings and ta-daaa your amazing oatmeal is ready to eat! Probably better off checking out her video to get the full run down! But this oatmeal is so amazing
