Overnight Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana ?

Preparation

  1. Combine everything except banana in a Tupperware container

  2. Stir and let sit overnight for at least 10 hours to allow oats to soak

  3. Stir in banana prior to serving and enjoy as is

  4. You can always heat this in the microwave if you wanted but I very much enjoy it like a cold cereal

  5. Super yummy
