Plant based eating

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour⁣⁣
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter⁣⁣
  • 1/3 cup protein powder⁣⁣ - i use my protein with code queen for 37% off
  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup⁣⁣
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁣⁣
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Line a bread pan with parchment paper⁣⁣

  2. Mix almond flour and pea protein together

  3. In a separate bowl mix cashew butter, maple syrup, plant milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract

  4. Add the dry ingredients to wet and mix until well combined⁣⁣

  5. Fold in chocolate chips

  6. Spread evenly across bread pan⁣⁣

  7. Refrigerate for 2+ hours or until firm

  8. Cut into 8 bars & enjoy :)⁣⁣

  9. Keep in either the freezer or the fridge!
