Sazón Lime Chickpeas
Ingredients
- one can chickpeas
- few splashes of coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili lime seasoning and 1/2 tsp @eatloisa sazón
- 1/4 diced red onion and 4 sliced baby mushrooms
- 1/2 sliced zucchini
- 1/2 a diced bell pepper and 1/2 tsp sazon
- and 1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning
- zest of a lime
- the juice of half a small lime o

Preparation
Sazón Lime Chickpeas: Take one can chickpeas, rinse and drain. Toss chickpeas with a few splashes of coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp chili lime seasoning and 1/2 tsp @eatloisa sazón. Toss and place in air frier for 10-15 minutes at 370 depending on how crispy you want them
Sautéed Sazón Vegetables: start by sautéing 1/4 diced red onion and 4 sliced baby mushrooms until softened. Add in 1/2 sliced zucchini, 1/2 a diced bell pepper and 1/2 tsp sazon, and 1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning and stir to allow veggies to cook to cook. Add in 2 tsp coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce. Sauté until veggies are coated and liquid is absorbed. Optional, but tasty, add the zest of a lime and squeeze the juice of half a small lime over top
