  • 1 cup homemade almond mlyk
  • 1 scoop super green
  • 2 scoop collagen peptides (??great for skin, hair, #guthealth. Use
  • 1 tsp chlorella (??pre-cleanse for the weekend ?)
  • 1 tsp ashwaghnda (optional: ??balance hormone, stress level)

Preparation
