- 1/2 cup zucchini (steamed then frozen)
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cup homemade almond mlyk
- 1 scoop super green
- 2 scoop collagen peptides (??great for skin, hair, #guthealth. Use
- 1 tsp chlorella (??pre-cleanse for the weekend ?)
- 1 tsp ashwaghnda (optional: ??balance hormone, stress level)
