- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp full fat coconut milk (use the fat part only)
- A splash of plant milk
- 1tsp lions mane mushroom powder (optional)
- Toppings
- Hemp seeds
- Buckwheat
- Fresh raspberries
- Coconut flakes
- Fresh apricots
