Stuffed Peppers Recipe with Lentils and Paprika Ready for the Oven

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked lentils
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a handful of spinach
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preach eat the oven to 200c, cook the lentils and wash the bell peppers (cores removed)

  2. Mix the cooked lentils, pressed garlic, chopped spinach, lime juice, paprika, salt and pepper

  3. Fill the mix in the bell peppers

  4. Add the bell pepper tops and cook in the oven in 30 minutes
