Uper Healthy Pear & Raspberry Swirl Breakfast Bread
Ingredients
- 6 heaped tbsp self raising flour (i use gf)
- 4 tbsp thick yoghurt (i use vanilla soya)
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- 1/2 pear sliced and chopped into cubes
- handful of berries
Preparation
Mix flour, yoghurt and sweetener in a bowl to make a dough
Roll out onto a floured surface and press in raspberries and small cubes of pear (or any fruit)
Roll up into a powdered sausage shape
Place in a lined baking tin or on a baking tray and oven cook on 180c/ 350f/ gas mark 4 for around 15-18 minutes
