Uper Healthy Pear & Raspberry Swirl Breakfast Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 heaped tbsp self raising flour (i use gf)
  • 4 tbsp thick yoghurt (i use vanilla soya)
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1/2 pear sliced and chopped into cubes
  • handful of berries

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, yoghurt and sweetener in a bowl to make a dough

  2. Roll out onto a floured surface and press in raspberries and small cubes of pear (or any fruit)

  3. Roll up into a powdered sausage shape

  4. Place in a lined baking tin or on a baking tray and oven cook on 180c/ 350f/ gas mark 4 for around 15-18 minutes
