Vanilla and Cardamom Oats with Currants and Strawberries
Ingredients
Porridge
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
- pinch of sea salt
Toppings
- Pure date syrup
- Red & Black Currants
- Wild Strawberries
- Flax seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Place all ingredients for the oat porridge in a pan, mix well and bring to a boil, let simmer on low heat for a couple of minutes (while stirring frequently) until you have your preferred texture. Add more liquid if needed.
Add all the toppings and serve warm!
