Vanilla and Cardamom Oats with Currants and Strawberries

Ingredients

Porridge

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • pinch of sea salt

Toppings

  • Pure date syrup
  • Red & Black Currants
  • Wild Strawberries
  • Flax seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients for the oat porridge in a pan, mix well and bring to a boil, let simmer on low heat for a couple of minutes (while stirring frequently) until you have your preferred texture. Add more liquid if needed.

  2. Add all the toppings and serve warm!
