Vegan Omelette
Ingredients
- 30g gram flour
- black ‘eggy’ salt
- 78g of water
- mushroom
- spinach
Preparation
I just mix 30g gram flour, a TBSP nutritional yeast, black ‘eggy’ salt (You could use normal salt) and 78g of water and whisk it
In a separate pan I cooked mushroom and spinach then mixed it all back together and added it to a pan on quite a low heat
Once it looked like it was cooked I put a lid on the pan to cook the top, added a bit of cheese until it was melted and DONE
