Vegan Omelette

Ingredients

  • 30g gram flour
  • black ‘eggy’ salt
  • 78g of water
  • mushroom
  • spinach

Preparation

  1. I just mix 30g gram flour, a TBSP nutritional yeast, black ‘eggy’ salt (You could use normal salt) and 78g of water and whisk it

  2. In a separate pan I cooked mushroom and spinach then mixed it all back together and added it to a pan on quite a low heat

  3. Once it looked like it was cooked I put a lid on the pan to cook the top, added a bit of cheese until it was melted and DONE
