Vegan Reese’s Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar of choice
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1.5 cup non-dairy milk

Preparation

  1. Warm the milk in a small saucer over low heat, add in the peanut butter and stir until it becomes melted

  2. In a separate bowl, sift together the remaining dry ingredients and add in the peanut butter milk mixture

  3. Fill a lined muffin tin about 2/3 full and bake for 15 min in a preheated oven at 400 degrees f
