Christmas Smoothie


  • *1 cup kale (promise you won't taste it. add 2 cups if you are a kale lover)
  • *1 cup non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
  • *1 cup frozen mango
  • *1 frozen banana *1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract *sprinkle ground cinnamon
  • Optional Boosts (use any/all of these and blend with smoothie base)
  • *2 dates (for added sweetness. also provides potassium, vitamin K and B6, calcium and iron)
  • *1 tablespoon almond butter (for added protein and healthy fats)
  • *1 tablespoon flaxseeds or chia seeds (for heart healthy fats and added fiber)
  • *1 tablespoon hemp seeds (provides complete protein, omega-3 fatty acids for heart and brain health, fiber, calcium, zinc and antioxidants)


  1. Top with fresh raspberries and cherries (or strawberries). ​
