Festive Black Bean Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 tin strained black beans
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 heaping tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4-1/2 cup xylitol (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a food processor, combine the strained black beans, almond flour, cocoa powder, xylitol, coconut oil, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
Line a rectangular oven tin with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let the brownies cool.
