Pink Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g of non diary yogurt
  • 150g raspberries
  • 30g non salted grilled nuts mix
  • 10g coconut powder
  • 1 tea spoon black sesame
  • Bites of a peanut chocolate bar

Preparation

  1. Mix all the raspberries in a blender

  2. Pour 1/4 of the raspberries juice in a glass and set aside

  3. In the blender add half of the yogurt in the remaining raspberries juice and mix

  4. In a bowl, pour in the first half the plain yogurt and in the second half the raspberries yogurt mix

  5. Make some cercles with a knife into the 2 yogurts to mix them gently and make a swirl

  6. Pour the remaining raspberries juice on the top of the bowl, sprinkle the coconut and the sesame seeds

  7. Add the grilled nuts mix, the peanut chocolate bar bites and some fruits as desired
