Smoky Tempeh and Aubergine with Turmeric and Avocado Devil Eggs and Beetroot Horseradish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chopped fresh horseradish
  • 2 cooked beetroots
  • 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar @bionaorganic
  • 2 tbs of ume plum seasoning @clearspringuk
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tsp of raw honey
  • i marinated the tempeh and aubergine in:
  • 1 tbs of raw mesquite powder @therawfoodworld
  • 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp of spicy smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp of regular paprika
  • 1 tsp of salt @cornishsea_salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon

Preparation

  1. For my deviled eggs I blended the yolks with avocado, turmeric, paprika, mustard, spicy paprika, pepper and salt
