Smoky Tempeh and Aubergine with Turmeric and Avocado Devil Eggs and Beetroot Horseradish
Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped fresh horseradish
- 2 cooked beetroots
- 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar @bionaorganic
- 2 tbs of ume plum seasoning @clearspringuk
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp of raw honey
- i marinated the tempeh and aubergine in:
- 1 tbs of raw mesquite powder @therawfoodworld
- 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
- 2 tsp of spicy smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of regular paprika
- 1 tsp of salt @cornishsea_salt
- pepper
- 1 cup of olive oil
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
