Ingredients

  • - 1 frozen banana
  • - 1/2 cup frozen cauli - 1/2 cup frozen zucchini - 1/4 cup frozen bluebs - 1 tsp spirulina powder (I used @hawaiianspirulina )
  • - 2/3 cup @ripplefoods plant milk - 2 scoops your favorite plant protein
  • To top: @kitehillfoods almond yogurt, blueberries, almonds, trail mix, and @beekeepers_naturals bee pollen
