Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana⠀
  • 2 frozen pure acai sachets⠀
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries⠀
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango⠀
  • 1 tbsp choc mint protein powder⠀
  • 150ml coconut water⠀
  • To make the chocolate coconut sauce mix together:⠀
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut butter⠀
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder⠀
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⠀
  • 1/4 tsp salt⠀

Preparation

  1. You can also add some fresh strawbs and coconut flakes on top
