Baked Japanese Sweet Potato with Three Topping Variations
Ingredients
- 1 Japanese sweet potato
- Grass-fed yogurt
- Beefree gluten-free warrior mix
- Salbachia chocolate chia seeds
- Enjoy Life chocolate chips
- Avocado
- Red pepper flakes
- 1 egg
- Ghee
- Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning
Preparation
Slice the Japanese sweet potato into three equal parts.
Bake the slices at 415°F for 30 minutes.
Top one part with grass-fed yogurt, beefree gluten-free warrior mix, salbachia chocolate chia seeds, and enjoy life chocolate chips.
Top another part with avocado and red pepper flakes.
Top the remaining part with avocado and a fried egg.
Fry the egg in ghee with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning.
