Baked Japanese Sweet Potato with Three Topping Variations

Ingredients

  • 1 Japanese sweet potato
  • Grass-fed yogurt
  • Beefree gluten-free warrior mix
  • Salbachia chocolate chia seeds
  • Enjoy Life chocolate chips
  • Avocado
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 1 egg
  • Ghee
  • Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning

Preparation

  1. Slice the Japanese sweet potato into three equal parts.

  2. Bake the slices at 415°F for 30 minutes.

  3. Top one part with grass-fed yogurt, beefree gluten-free warrior mix, salbachia chocolate chia seeds, and enjoy life chocolate chips.

  4. Top another part with avocado and red pepper flakes.

  5. Top the remaining part with avocado and a fried egg.

  6. Fry the egg in ghee with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning.
