Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- half a banana
- 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup almond milk
- vanilla
- blueberries
- and cinnamon and topped with bananas
Preparation
I mashed half a banana up with 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup almond milk, and added vanilla, blueberries, and cinnamon and topped with bananas
I baked it on 375 for about 45 min, until the top was crispy
Topped with some peanut butter, maple syrup, and extra cinnamon, it tasted like eating a warm muffin for breakfast
