Banana Blueberry Oat Bake

Ingredients

  • one ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp plant milk

Preparation

  1. Stir to combine, then add blueberries (or other frozen/fresh fruit), and stir again

  2. Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes (until the top looks set)
