Banoffee Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • In a bowl
  • stir together 1 scoop of the powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 300 ml of light coconut milk and 3 tbsp of rice malt syrup. Let soak for 3 hours
  • then blend until smooth
  • divide into jars and top with 2 tbsp whipped coconut cream
  • caramelized banana slices and toasted coconut flakes. Enjoy
