Banoffee Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- In a bowl
- stir together 1 scoop of the powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 300 ml of light coconut milk and 3 tbsp of rice malt syrup. Let soak for 3 hours
- then blend until smooth
- divide into jars and top with 2 tbsp whipped coconut cream
- caramelized banana slices and toasted coconut flakes. Enjoy
