Baobab Peanut Butter Spread and Cinnamon Milk
Ingredients
Baobab peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, or any nut or seed butter)
- 1/2 cup tiger nut milk (or any other plant milk)
- 1/2 cup baobab powder
- 1/2-2 tablespoons date molasses and maple syrup (adjust to taste, optional)
- Pinch of salt
Baobab cinnamon milk
- 2 teaspoons baobab powder
- 1 cup warm oat milk
- A bit of cinnamon
- Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pine honey
Preparation
Combine peanut butter and milk and whisk together until well combined and smooth.
Add the sweetener and whisk.
Add the salt and baobab powder and whisk until you get a smooth creamy consistency; add more milk if needed.
Place in a jar and refrigerate.
Cinnamon milk
Whisk 2 teaspoons of baobab powder with a cup of warm oat milk, a bit of cinnamon, vanilla, and a teaspoon of pine honey.
Serving suggestions
Serve the baobab peanut butter on sourdough bread, sprinkled with cacao nibs, toasted nuts, and banana slices.
