Blackberry and Cacao Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 chilled banana
  • 2 large tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 10 blackberries
  • Splash of oat milk

Toppings

  • Mixed seeds
  • Vanoffee chocolate chunks
  • Cacao covered cashews
  • Medjool dates
  • Condensed coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the medjool dates with condensed coconut milk to create a sticky caramel

  2. Combine avocado, banana, coconut yoghurt, cacao powder, blackberries, and oat milk in a blender and blend until smooth

  3. Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl

  4. Top with mixed seeds, vanoffee chocolate chunks, and cacao covered cashews
