Blackberry and Cacao Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 chilled banana
- 2 large tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 10 blackberries
- Splash of oat milk
Toppings
- Mixed seeds
- Vanoffee chocolate chunks
- Cacao covered cashews
- Medjool dates
- Condensed coconut milk
Preparation
Blend the medjool dates with condensed coconut milk to create a sticky caramel
Combine avocado, banana, coconut yoghurt, cacao powder, blackberries, and oat milk in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl
Top with mixed seeds, vanoffee chocolate chunks, and cacao covered cashews
