Blueberry Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- scoop of @myproteinuk blueberry cheesecake whey
- 2 eggs
- 1 mashed banana
- tsp baking powder
- 20g oats
- tbsp @myproteinuk hemp seeds (optional)
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- handful of blueberries
Preparation
I blended the above together except the blueberries which I then added to the mixture before frying in coconut oil
I then topped with yogurt, more blueberries and syrup
