Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • scoop of @myproteinuk blueberry cheesecake whey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 mashed banana
  • tsp baking powder
  • 20g oats
  • tbsp @myproteinuk hemp seeds (optional)
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • handful of blueberries

Preparation

  1. I blended the above together except the blueberries which I then added to the mixture before frying in coconut oil

  2. I then topped with yogurt, more blueberries and syrup
