Bowl of Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup oatmilk
- some water
- cardamom
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and store in fridge overnight or for at least 1h
Topped w/ granola, bee pollen, banana and homemade hazel almond butter
