Bowl of Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oatmilk
  • some water
  • cardamom
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in fridge overnight or for at least 1h

  2. Topped w/ granola, bee pollen, banana and homemade hazel almond butter
