Cardamom Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow oats to cook while stirring frequently
Oats should thicken and become creamy about 5 minutes
