Cardamom Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch cardamom
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Allow oats to cook while stirring frequently

  3. Oats should thicken and become creamy about 5 minutes
