Chocolate and Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • sliced figs
  • blueberries
  • vanilla oats
  • 1 1/2 cup of oats
  • 3/4 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup of filtered water
  • 2 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • chocolate layer
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of filtered water
  • 2 1/2 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1 tbs of cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients for vanilla oats into a medium sized container

  2. Stir well, cover, and set in fridge overnight

  3. Repeat process for chocolate oats

  4. Once oats are ready remove from fridge

  5. In glassware of choice layer bottom with vanilla

  6. Press fig slices along glass and fill with chocolate oats

  7. Top of with more vanilla oats and a drizzle of cacao mixed with coconut oil

  8. Add extra fig and blueberries
