Coconut Overnight Oats with Banana and Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 40g oats or fine oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • sweetener of choice
  • 50ml water
  • 150ml plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon pitaya powder or raspberry
  • banana
  • soy yogurt
  • frozen raspberries

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a glass or bowl

  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes

  3. Top it with fruits and yogurt

  4. Refrigerate overnight

  5. Add more toppings if desired
