Coconut Overnight Oats with Banana and Raspberries
Ingredients
- 40g oats or fine oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- sweetener of choice
- 50ml water
- 150ml plant milk
- 1 teaspoon pitaya powder or raspberry
- banana
- soy yogurt
- frozen raspberries
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a glass or bowl
Let it sit for 5 minutes
Top it with fruits and yogurt
Refrigerate overnight
Add more toppings if desired
