Coconut Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of plain flour
- 1.5 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup of dedicated coconut
- 3 tbsp of brown sugar
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1.5 cups plant milk
- 3tbsp of plant based butter or coconut oil
Preparation
Add: 1.5 cups of plain flour, 1.5 tbsp baking powder, 3/4 cup of dedicated coconut, 3 tbsp of brown sugar (Demerara), a pinch of sea salt
Then add: 1.5 cups plant milk, 3tbsp of plant based butter or coconut oil
And mix altogether until a batter is made
Put one ladle full of batter in a pan and cook each until golden
Serve with maple syrup, banana and blueberries
