Creamy Coconut Oatmeal with Walnut Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup walnut milk

Preparation

  1. Combine together in a sauce pan and heat on stove top.

  2. Stir as it begins to simmer and thicken, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Remove from stove and serve as desired.
