Dairy Free/vegan Chocolate Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 20g dark or milk d/f choc chips (sweet william)
  • 20mls salty caramel topping (@natvialiving)
  • 40mls light coconut cream (macro)
  • 20g vegan protein powder (i use vanilla or choc @petite_protein - discount code below)
  • 40mls unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Preparation

  1. Melt the choc chips with the caramel topping until melted, then mix in the coconut cream and protein

  2. Add the almond milk whisking fast so there are no clumps (you can use as much as you need for your desired texture)

  3. The best thing about this protein is that it becomes nice and thick in texture, fluffy but not grainy

  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve with grated chocolate or dairy free ice cream!
