Wet

- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Dry
- 1 Cup Nut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Combine the wet ingredients separately
Combine the dry ingredients separately
Then, combine the wet and dry mixtures together
Let the batter rest for a few minutes
Scoop the batter into a prepared pan
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat
Cook each pancake until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown
