Ingredients

Wet

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Dry

  • 1 Cup Nut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Combine the wet ingredients separately

  2. Combine the dry ingredients separately

  3. Then, combine the wet and dry mixtures together

  4. Let the batter rest for a few minutes

  5. Scoop the batter into a prepared pan

  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat

  7. Cook each pancake until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown
