Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 cup of unsweetened plant milk
- 2 tbsp @bragglivefoodproducts apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp organic vanilla
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsps of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- maple syrup for topping .
Preparation
Combine the wet ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients
Let the batter stand for about 5 minutes while pan or griddle gets hot
You can add the blueberries to the batter or to the top side of each pancake
Use about a 1/2 cup of the mixture at a time. As soon as you see bubbles (about 3 minutes) flip the pancake and cook for another 3 minutes
Serve with lots of Maple Syrup and Vegan Butter
