Gingerbread Overnight Oats with Spiced Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Spiced almond butter components
- 1-2 tablespoons almond butter
- pinch of pumpkin spice
- cinnamon to taste
- ground ginger to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a jar.
Let set overnight.
Serve warmed with spiced almond butter and extra non-dairy milk or yogurt.
