Healthy Brownies with Salted Caramel Bars
Ingredients
- 50 g cacao
- 30 g nut butter/chocolate nut butter
- one pinch of salt
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 100 g apple sauce
- 100 g coconut sugar
- 170 g gluten free flour mix
- 1 tsp backing powder
- 1/3 tsp backing soda
- 250 ml plant milk
- 25 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 5 salted caramel million bars
- 1 package Salted almond butter nugglets
- Optional: dark chocolate/ chocolate cream for topping
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F ( upper- and lower heat)
Mix nut butter, apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar and plant milk. Add rest of the ingredients. Spread the first half of the batter
In a brownie form. Press the million bars, nugglets and chocolate chunks in
The form too and top everything with the other half of the brownie
Batter. 3. Bake for about 25-30 min ( depending on your oven). Let it cool down a little
Top with melted chocolate or chocolate cream, cut it into brownies and enjoy
