Healthy Brownies with Salted Caramel Bars

Ingredients

  • 50 g cacao
  • 30 g nut butter/chocolate nut butter
  • one pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 100 g apple sauce
  • 100 g coconut sugar
  • 170 g gluten free flour mix
  • 1 tsp backing powder
  • 1/3 tsp backing soda
  • 250 ml plant milk
  • 25 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 5 salted caramel million bars
  • 1 package Salted almond butter nugglets
  • Optional: dark chocolate/ chocolate cream for topping

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F ( upper- and lower heat)

  2. Mix nut butter, apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar and plant milk. Add rest of the ingredients. Spread the first half of the batter

  3. In a brownie form. Press the million bars, nugglets and chocolate chunks in

  4. The form too and top everything with the other half of the brownie

  5. Batter. 3. Bake for about 25-30 min ( depending on your oven). Let it cool down a little

  6. Top with melted chocolate or chocolate cream, cut it into brownies and enjoy
