Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • Mango (1 cup-diced)
  • Chia seeds (2tbsp)
  • Coconut milk (1 cup)
  • Mint leaves (3-4 leaves - finely chopped)

Preparation

  1. Soak #chiaseeds in #coconutmilk #overnight in a refrigerator. Serve with diced mango and finely chopped mint
