Mega Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1x frozen banana
  • 1x cup almond milk
  • 2-3 tbsp almond butter @ohmega_nutbutters
  • 3 tsp silan date syrup @silan.co.za
  • 1 heaped tsp lucuma powder
  • 3 tsp activated chia seeds (for the base)

Preparation

  1. Blend the banana, almond milk, nut butter, date syrup and lucuma together

  2. Add the activated chia seeds to bottom of your serving glass

  3. Top with the blended smoothie mix

  4. To activate chia seeds add 1/4 cup seeds to 1 cup almond milk and leave overnight in the fridge
