Nothing Like a Messy Fruit and Rawnola Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp flax
  • tons of cinnamon
  • and a couple splashes of soy milk
  • pulsed until it starts to stick together. Then I just defrosted some berries and mango
  • mixed it all up
  • and enjoyed.? Happy Sunday
