Nothing Like a Messy Fruit and Rawnola Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp flax
- tons of cinnamon
- and a couple splashes of soy milk
- pulsed until it starts to stick together. Then I just defrosted some berries and mango
- mixed it all up
- and enjoyed.? Happy Sunday
