Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 scoop @youtheory spore probiotic powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- for topping: peach compote, almond butter, nuts, blueberries
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat over medium-low
As the peaches start to soften, mash them gently with a wooden spoon
Simmer for about 10 minutes, until the mixture is thickened and the peaches are completely soft
