Piña Colada Style Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • coconut shreds

Toppings

  • vanilla yogurt
  • coconut flavored bar
  • granola
  • pineapple chunks
  • berries
  • almond slices
  • more coconut

Preparation

  1. Microwave the mixture of 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, and coconut shreds for 2.5 minutes.

  2. Top the cooked oatmeal with vanilla yogurt, coconut flavored bar, granola, pineapple chunks, berries, almond slices, and additional coconut.
