Delish Weekend Messy Berry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen is fine)
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • handful of honey mix

Preparation

  1. Add oats, blueberries, coconut and milk to a small saucepan.

  2. Cook on low-medium heat, stirring frequently, until most of the liquid is dissolved and you have a creamy consistency.

  3. Spoon into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy. I added a handful of warm mixed berries and a honey seed mix on-top.
