Delish Weekend Messy Berry Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen is fine)
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup almond milk
- handful of honey mix
Preparation
Add oats, blueberries, coconut and milk to a small saucepan.
Cook on low-medium heat, stirring frequently, until most of the liquid is dissolved and you have a creamy consistency.
Spoon into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy. I added a handful of warm mixed berries and a honey seed mix on-top.
