Pink Pitaya Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup sprouted GF oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. pink pitaya powder
- 1/2 tsp. maca powder
- 1 scoop collagen
- some cacao chips
Toppings
- kiwi
- blueberries
- banana slices
- granola
Preparation
Add half of a banana to the mixture for creaminess.
Stir all the ingredients together in a container.
Store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with kiwi, blueberries, banana slices, and granola.
