Pink Pitaya Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup sprouted GF oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pink pitaya powder
  • 1/2 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • some cacao chips

Toppings

  • kiwi
  • blueberries
  • banana slices
  • granola

Preparation

  1. Add half of a banana to the mixture for creaminess.

  2. Stir all the ingredients together in a container.

  3. Store in the fridge overnight.

  4. In the morning, top with kiwi, blueberries, banana slices, and granola.

  5. Enjoy your pink overnight oats.
