Quick Random Lunch with Egg and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • red pepper flakes
  • spinach
  • Aldi multigrain blend
  • peppers
  • avocado oil
  • zucchini

Preparation

  1. Heat the multigrain blend on the stovetop.

  2. Fry the egg in ghee and top with red pepper flakes.

  3. Sauté spinach in ghee along with the egg.

  4. Cook peppers in a skillet with avocado oil until done.

  5. Reheat sautéed zucchini in the same pan used for the egg.

  6. Assemble all components on a plate for serving.
