Refreshing Watermelon Kombucha Popsicles

Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Kombucha (optional)
  • Chocolate chips
  • Kiwi
  • Coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Blend watermelon with kombucha and pour about three-quarters into popsicle molds. Add chocolate chips and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 40 minutes.

  2. Remove the popsicles from the freezer and pour a quarter-inch layer of coconut milk over them. Freeze again.

  3. Blend kiwi and pour a quarter-inch layer over the coconut milk layer. Freeze for another hour, then enjoy the popsicles.
