Refreshing Watermelon Kombucha Popsicles
Ingredients
- Watermelon
- Kombucha (optional)
- Chocolate chips
- Kiwi
- Coconut milk
Preparation
Blend watermelon with kombucha and pour about three-quarters into popsicle molds. Add chocolate chips and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 40 minutes.
Remove the popsicles from the freezer and pour a quarter-inch layer of coconut milk over them. Freeze again.
Blend kiwi and pour a quarter-inch layer over the coconut milk layer. Freeze for another hour, then enjoy the popsicles.
