Preparation
Prepare the vegan egg substitute according to package instructions to make a scrambled egg-like texture.
Heat the canned baked beans in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
Sauté the portobello mushrooms in a skillet until tender.
Sauté the organic tomato in a skillet until softened.
Cook the Yukon potatoes in avocado oil with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until golden and tender.
Cook the vegan sausage according to package instructions.
